Nutcracker and Piano Recital

I took the girls to see the Nutcracker last minute, I bought tickets just 2 days before. It was a mistake to take Nicole, she couldn't hold still for more than 30 seconds at a time, but we had fun anyway.

Emily played a solo and a trio in her Christmas recital.

The trio was adorable and they played so well together.

I didn't get a photo of Angela in her first piano recital, so here's a short video.

Hey Jess, your girls are lovely. I wish we could get our girls together! I am starting my kids in piano. Any advice? One is in Faber(emma) and the other in Schaum (morgan).

That's great. Just keep the practicing consistent, it's quite a commitment. 3 hours a week is minimum to make good progress. I really like Faber, but I also like the kids to play out of different methods because otherwise they get stuck in the way the method is written, the way it "looks". It's hard to explain in a quick comment. Good luck!
